Life is hard

Well today I was traveling with my friend and realize that life is hard specially if you don't an education. I saw a lot of unemployed people walking around wasting their time instead of studying or getting a job to be prepared for their life, but later on I saw this guy making a living by selling homemade stuff and I thought that this guy should be making more money than those that do nothing so i was thinking whether or not this type of guys that actually try to succeed should be given another chance in life to study again.
